At Testbook, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the original items in their secure packaging and include all original tags, labels, and the packing slip provided in your order.

Affix the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
